Chef Charles “Chip” Fennell is a Certified Executive Chef for over 30 years. After working all over the United States Chip settled in Northern Michigan. Chip has an extensive background covering all types of cuisine, including being a master of BBQ and smoking of meats.

Chef Jason Wandrie had the pleasure of working under Chip for several years at a busy restaurant in Northern Michigan where he learned an array of knowledge and cooking techniques. Working with fresh fish and all types of proteins are Jason’s specialties.

We are excited to embark on this new journey as partners in the catering scene in Northern Michigan. The food we provide is top notch and seasoned to perfection. The options are endless.
